Department of Nursing and Care Services / Patient Management
As the Head of Care Services, Birgit Pilz has organized the Department of Nursing and Care Services into a flat organizational structure. Transparency, short chains of command in decision-making and good communication between members of the management team are as relevant to successful performance as the proximity and accessibility of all line managers.
