Medical electronics & equipment - Intensive Care Unit

The Intensive Care Unit, which provides an interdisciplinary approach to care, is equipped with 18 ventilators and is managed by the Department of Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Management.

The Intensive Care Unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and offers the full range of invasive and non-invasive cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring technology. The ICU also treats patients with severely reduced cardiac output following a severe heart attack, and is responsible for ensuring their hemodynamic stability using pharmaceuticals or special devices.
