About us
The Brandenburg Heart Center, which was founded in 1992 and forms part of the Immanuel Hospital Bernau, offers tertiary care services in the fields of Cardiac surgery and Cardiology, as well as Anesthesiology, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain management. These services are provided alongside those of a primary care hospital. With 1,500 open heart surgery procedures and more than 6,400 catheterization procedures per year, the Brandenburg Heart Center is one of the leading cardiac units in Germany.
